Lafayette College is adding 40 new faculty positions over the next six to eight years as part of a growth strategy to make the College more affordable to a more diverse student body.
Lafayette is the intellectual home of stellar faculty who offer a distinctive integration of arts, humanities, sciences, and engineering. We are recruiting scholars who will deepen existing disciplines, as well as those who work in emerging fields or areas that transcend traditional academic boundaries.
In addition, we are using this opportunity to focus on increasing faculty diversity, including the hiring of women in the sciences, engineering and mathematics, and faculty of color across all academic disciplines. See the available academic openings.
The College-Funded Research Program was established with the purpose of assisting in the advancement of professionally significant faculty scholarship.
